Does Ana Rocks offer custom made orders?
We can make some adjustments on our designs or we can make multiple similar items on your demand under the condition that we have sufficient raw material.

Where does Ana Rocks deliver to?
Our jewelleries are delivered in most European countries, as well as in USA & Canada. However, if your destination country is not on our present list, we can find a solution so you can place an order on our website.

How much does the shipping cost?
Standard shipping within France costs minimum 4 euros.
European shipping costs minimum 6 euros.
USA&Canada shipping costs minimum 15 euros.

How long will it take to get your order?
It depends on where you are.
All Ana Rocks packages are shipped from Limours - France, delivery times will vary based on your proximity to France and the quality of the local postal services. Typical shipping windows are:
France - 4-5 business days
Europe - 4-10 business days
USA & Canada - 12-22 business days
Heads up: Your package status may not update for 2 or 3 days at a time via the tracking link we sent you. So don’t worry—it’s totally normal for your package tracking to stay the same for a few days. Also, packages only go out for shipping Monday through Friday.

When will my order be shipped?
We know you want your new Ana Rocks jewellery ASAP (we can’t blame you), so we typically prepare & pack orders within 1-2 business days after the orders are placed.
We processes orders 6 days a week, but they can only go out Monday through Friday for shipment.

Why does my product or gemstone looks slightly different to the one on the website?
The product photo displayed on our website matches the product as closely as possible. All of our jewelleries are handmade and decorated with genuine gemstones. Therefore, the patterns, the texture details and the colour of the stones can vary slightly. This is why Ana Rocks jewellery are unique and special.

If I order something that is not in stock what will happen to my order?
We are very vigilant and try to keep our stocks up to date. However, in case a piece you ordered is no longer in our stock we will contact you via email to inform you about.
If you can reproduce the item you ordered, we may need 2-3 more working days to prepare and ship. If you are not willing to wait for the item not-in-stock we will fully refund you or you can choose a different item.
If we can’t reproduce the item you ordered, we will fully refund you.

Is it possible to return a product?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date in its original, unused condition. Contact contact@anarocks.fr for the reason of the return. We will reply with the return address you will need to mail your item to and any other information you may need. Be sure your item is exactly as you received it, well-packed and insured.
Returns requested after 14 days will be for a credit only. Returns do not include reimbursement of original shipping.
All SALE items are considered final sale and are not returnable. We are not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is insured.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept unused items purchased online within 14 days of purchase date. Contact contact@anarocks.fr and let us know what size or item you would like instead. Exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping.

What if my jewellery piece breaks?
If the item arrives damaged or breaks during the first 30 days, we will repair it free of charge (you pay only for shipping the item to us). Please contact us at contact@anarocks.fr to inform us of the issue. We will reply with the return address you will need to mail your item to and any other information you may need. Be sure your item is well-packed and insured as we are not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
If you want to return an item for repair after 30 days, a nominal fee will be charged for shipping and materials (to be determined by the designer upon inspection of problem).

You can use any credit/debit cards or you can use the services of Apple Pay.
Our payments are secured through Stripe platform.
